Position Overview:
You’ll get to take ownership of:
- Preparing and presenting convincing product demonstrations and sales proposals, showcasing the capabilities of Lobster Data Platform
- Converting qualified leads into paying customers by negotiating offers, securing contracts and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete
- Efficiently coordinating cross-department over-signed customers, ensuring a smooth handoff to our implementation and onboarding teams
- Developing strong relationships with existing customers and moving clients to more appropriate subscriptions based on their needs
- Collaborating with internal teams like marketing, technical support, and technical consultants to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Involving our partners to collaboratively win new customers and expand existing businesses
- Maintaining data hygiene in HubSpot and timely updating data of your accounts
We’d love to meet someone with:
- Profound work experience in selling software (SaaS) solutions and/or managed services, ideally in the field of data integration and/or process automation
- A solid ability to comprehend customers' data management and process integration challenges and propose relevant solutions
- Willingness to call customers and question the status quo by negotiating conditions and discovering more reasonable solutions
- Accountability for its numbers and metrics like ACV and accuracy in forecasting
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German (equivalent to C1 level and higher). Solid English language skills would be a plus.
